Metal Powder Coating Services

Metal Powder Coating Services provide a durable polymer layer that resists corrosion, impacts, and weathering while keeping color uniform and glossy or textured as needed. Unlike wet paints, powder coating for metal cures into a tough, seamless film without runs or drips, delivering long-lasting protection for parts in demanding environments.

Types of Powder Coating Textures

We offer appearance and tactile options to match design and durability targets.

1
gloss

Gloss

A smooth, reflective surface that highlights color depth and cleans easily – ideal for display fixtures, machinery covers, and consumer products.

2
matte

Matte

A low-sheen finish that disguises fingerprints and minor handling marks, great for cabinets, control panels, and interior metalwork.

3
shagreen

Textured (Shagreen)

A finely grained surface with a subtle relief, resistant to scratches and convenient for everyday use.

Our Metal Powder Coating Process

Powder coating of metal goes through several clearly defined stages. This ensures an even finish, long-lasting color stability, and durable results.

stage-1

Degreasing, cleaning, and phosphate conversion to maximize adhesion and corrosion resistance.

stage-2

We apply the powder uniformly using controlled kV and flow to ensure even film build on edges and recesses.

stage-3

Parts enter an oven at 160–200°C; the powder melts, flows, and crosslinks into a continuous film.

stage-4

Components cool to fixture-safe temperatures before inspection.

stage-5

We verify film thickness, cross-hatch adhesion, gloss/texture, and visual standards, then package with documentation.

Powder Coating Prices and Cost Factors

The price depends on the size of the part, the type of powder paint, and the order volume. We operate transparently — providing a price range “from–to” already at the estimation stage. Small parts and large structures are coated based on an individual cost estimate. We always offer the most optimal solution for your budget.

FAQ

To save your time, we’ve gathered answers to the most common questions — from technologies and timelines to collaboration terms.

Powder coating is a dry finishing process where charged polymer powder adheres to metal and then cures under heat to form a continuous film. Unlike liquid paint, it contains no solvents, resists chipping and corrosion, and provides uniform coverage, even on edges, making it ideal for industrial and custom applications.

Most conductive metals: carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum are standard, as well as galvanized substrates with proper pretreatment. We regularly coat welded assemblies and powder coated sheet metal parts, ensuring adhesion and thickness targets via cleaning, phosphate conversion, and controlled curing.

Powder coating cost reflects part size, surface prep, masking, color/texture, and order volume. Small brackets may be only a few dollars per piece, while large cabinets or complex textures require custom quotes. We optimize racking and batch flow to reduce changeovers and deliver competitive, transparent pricing.

With correct prep and film build (typically 70–120 μm), architectural and industrial powder coatings can last 10–15 years or more. Proper maintenance, periodic cleaning and avoiding harsh abrasives preserves color and film integrity, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
