Most conductive metals: carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum are standard, as well as galvanized substrates with proper pretreatment. We regularly coat welded assemblies and powder coated sheet metal parts, ensuring adhesion and thickness targets via cleaning, phosphate conversion, and controlled curing.
Powder coating cost reflects part size, surface prep, masking, color/texture, and order volume. Small brackets may be only a few dollars per piece, while large cabinets or complex textures require custom quotes. We optimize racking and batch flow to reduce changeovers and deliver competitive, transparent pricing.
With correct prep and film build (typically 70–120 μm), architectural and industrial powder coatings can last 10–15 years or more. Proper maintenance, periodic cleaning and avoiding harsh abrasives preserves color and film integrity, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
